Apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a full-size washer and dryer, private balcony, air conditioning, and secure keypad entry.

What laundry options are available?

Each apartment includes a full-size, in-home washer and dryer.

What community amenities are available?

Community amenities include a clubhouse with co-working spaces, fitness center, pool and hot tub, dog park, playground, and BBQ pavilion.

Is there an on-site fitness center?

Yes, residents have access to a fully equipped on-site fitness center.

Is there a community clubhouse or lounge area?

Yes, the community offers a resident lounge within the clubhouse.

Are EV charging stations or bike storage available?

EV charging stations and bike storage are not available at this time.

Are co-working spaces or business centers available?

Yes, the clubhouse and conference room include spaces suitable for co-working and meetings.

Do you offer smart home or modern technology features?

Apartments include secure keypad entry systems and thermostats.

Are there outdoor community spaces?

Yes, outdoor amenities include a BBQ pavilion and additional gathering spaces.

Are there eco-friendly or green features?

There are no designated eco-friendly features at this time.

Are you pet-friendly? What are the pet policies and fees?

Yes, Linden Hill is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. Pet fees include a $500 deposit for the first pet, $300 deposit for the second pet, a $250 non-refundable pet fee, and $35 monthly pet rent per pet.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

What is the application process?

Applications can be submitted online through the property website or in person at the leasing office.

What lease terms are offered?

Lease terms range from 12 to 15 months.

Is there an application fee?

The application fee is $50 per applicant.

Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?

Yes, co-signers or guarantors are allowed if required.

How can I pay rent?

Rent may be paid online, via auto-pay, or by check or money order.

On-site parking is available. Each apartment receives one covered parking space with the amenity fee. Additional parking is available for $20 per month.

Is guest parking available?

Yes, guest parking is available with a temporary parking pass obtained from the leasing office.

All utilities are set up directly by residents.

No, the community is not gated.

Are there security cameras or patrol services?

Yes, the community has security cameras and off-site security patrol services that respond to calls.

How are maintenance requests handled?

On-site maintenance is available for both emergency and routine repairs.
